LifeSpring Counseling Services

The therapists at LifeSpring Counseling Services strive to provide hope, healing, and empowerment to adults seeking individual counseling services for depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and difficult life events. Our therapists have specialties including Brainspotting, sex therapy, and pastoral counseling. Our office accepts Cigna, CareFirst, and BlueCross BlueShield health plans. Melissa Wesner, the Founder of LifeSpring Counseling Services, is a Certified Brainspotter, Brainspotting Consultant, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, and sex therapist. She is also the co-host of the Protecting Your Practice podcast. Melissa graduated from Johns Hopkins University's Clinical Community Counseling Program.
